What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you do want to cancel after booking, 2% of the sale value is forfeited if you cancel before the Agreements are executed, and 10% of the sale value is forfeited if you cancel after the Agreements are executed as a cancellation fee. The balance will be returned (subjected to statutory deductions) without interest.

Cancellation will attract GST as applicable.
5% GST paid on installment towards the flat will not be refunded.

Allotment

The units will be allotted to buyers after they pay the booking amount.

1. When do I get a confirmed allotment for the project?

On payment of 10% of the sale amount and submission of all KYC documents, the allotment will be confirmed.

2. What happens after that allotment?

On initial payment of 10%, you have to issue post-dated cheques for the instalments in fifteen days, against which a formal letter of allotment is issued. Agreements will follow after the completion of the allotment process.

3. How should instalments are to be paid, and is it time-bound?

Instalments are to be paid by post-dated cheques which is a pre-condition of allotment. The schedule of payment is time-bound, as mentioned in the payment schedule. In the case of a home loan, it is held with us as collateral and is given at the time of possession.

4. Can I visit this project site before booking any house in the project?
