Prestige Clairemont Payment Plan

  • Fill out the booking inquiry form and supply your KYC documents as required.
  • Pay the initial booking fee of 10% via cheque/DD to 'Prestige Estates Projects Limited', together with the required supportive papers.
  • After paying the initial 10% and providing all KYC documents, you will receive proof of allotment.

  • After receiving the initial payment, send post-dated checks (PDCs) for the next payments within 15 days. After the allotment process finishes, an official letter of allotment will be provided, followed by agreements.
  • Instalments must be paid using post-dated cheques under the payment schedule's date. PDCs are used as credit for home loans and are repaid once the property is taken possession.
  • Registration will take place after the completion of the project and payment of the total purchases account, such as extra costs.
  • Prestige Clairemont has received loan approval from certain banks/housing finance institutions (HFIs) based on allowing demands.
  • Prestige Clairemont will not make any demands on HFIs to ensure timely payment of payment. It is the purchaser's role to do so. Clients must agree to a defined payment plan and submit a request to the HFI for supply.
  • Service prices include an advance fee of Rs. 48/- per area for the first year. Which is paid at bank closing and each quarter after. Further, a sinking fund of Rs. 50/- per square foot is equal to the super built-up area. Will be raised for major expenses and placed in a Deposit Account.
